Your ad was too "switch and bait". It offered a 20% discount. Then there was no button I could find to take advantage of the advertised discount. Instead I wasted my time being pitched repeatedly to join a club. I read something that suggested that by joining the club I'd get a 30% discount. My bill was for a 20% discount even though I joined the club and made my order. I cancelled my club membership because of the above.

Unfortunately my order to Ireland was returned to you after waiting 4 weeks for it I gather this was due to Brexit

It isn't easy to make an adjustment to the quantity ordered once at the checkout page. You have to clear the trolley and start again. Also the description of the contents of the health pack is incomprehensible.

Holford direct are very professional and easy to order from company. Their supplements are second to none with a quick response time. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. I would love to be able to go to their retreat in Wales unfortunately I am elderly and disabled

We have used this product , which we found at the chemist in Ireland, when my husband came down with a terrible respiratory virus. It has been a part of our preventive protocol at home in the US since 2017 and think perhaps it helped during COVID. Thank you so much for this quality product!

I always have received good efficient service . My one criticism is of the website , certain aspects I don't find straightforward when ordering, but that could be just me and my stone-age mind !!
